Ashok Amritraj’s Hyde Park Intl. has hired Ruzanna Kegeyan and John Short as prexy and VP respectively.
Both will oversee international sales for chairman and CEO Amritraj’s L.A.-based operation.
Hyde Park Intl.’s current prexy Mimi Steinbauer is stepping down Oct. 3 to launch her own independent sales company. She joined Hyde Park in 2008 and oversaw sales efforts for “Ghost Rider: Spirit of Vengeance 3D” and “Blue Valentine” among others.
Kegeyan previously worked as exec VP of worldwide sales and acquisitions for IM Global, where she handled sales for “Dredd,” “A Single Man” and “Paranormal Activity.”
Before that she was veep of international sales at Syndicate Films, where she worked on sales for “Crash” and “The Matador.”
Short most recently was VP of YFG Intl. where he sold pics such as “The Accidental Husband,” toplining Uma Thurman, and Morgan Freeman starrer “The Maiden Heist” and “Nothing but the Truth,” starring Kate Beckinsale.

Hyde Park CFO Bob Lewis has extended his contract through 2016 while Joe D’Angelo will join the international sales and marketing team.
The new team is expected to unveil several titles at the American Film Market in November. Its current slate includes “Jayne Mansfield’s Car,” directed by Billy Bob Thornton, who also stars with Kevin Bacon and Robert Duvall; helmer Jeff Feuerzeig’s “The Bleeder,” starring Liev Schreiber, Naomi Watts and Christina Hendricks; Richard Linklater’s “Bernie” and Paul Rudd comedy “Our Idiot Brother,” directed by Jesse Peretz.
