Randi Hiller, who recruited thesps to play Marvel Studios’ superheroes, has joined the Mouse House as its top casting executive.

Hiller will report to Walt Disney Studios production prexy Sean Bailey as she oversees casting on the studio’s live action pics as VP.

Exec already has a relationship with Disney, having worked on “Race to Witch Mountain” and “Miracle” as an independent casting director.

She also oversaw all of Marvel’s films since “Iron Man 2,” including this summer’s “Thor” and “Captain America: The First Avenger” and next year’s “The Avengers.” Her recent credits include Lionsgate’s MMA fight flick “Warrior,” HBO’s “Cinema Verite” and “Crash.”

The long relationship with Marvel should prove beneficial as Disney turns to the comicbook company’s stable of crimefighters to launch future film franchises, and Disney will be eager to continue to lock down top talent to bring the characters to life.

Hiller replaces Marcia Ross who announced she was leaving Disney in February. She had been with the studio since 1995.
