All the young damsels of the Film Festival rubbed shoulders at the 12th annual InStyle and HFPA bash, held Sept. 13 in the indoor courtyard of the Windsor Arms hotel. A head above the crowd, U.K. supermodel-turned-thesp Lily Cole made it a girls’ night out with “The Moth Diaries” BFFs Sarah Bolger and Sarah Gadon — until Canuck castmate Scott Speedman showed up. Abbie Cornish, Anna Kendrick and Felicity Jones also worked the red carpet.

But Greta Gerwig just wanted to cut the Instyle/HFPA rug. “Does anyone ever dance at this thing?” Gerwig said, warning, “I might have to just start, and see what happens.”

Having wrapped on Woody Allen’s “The Bop Decameron,” Gerwig sang the helmer’s praises: “His films are the reason I moved to New York, so it was a dream come true, even though we shot in Italy.”
