Gov. Scott Walker’s bill, which has generated several weeks of protests, eliminates collective bargaining rights except on wages, requires recertification votes every year and calls for workers to pay more toward pensions and health insurance. The Wisconsin Assembly voted 53-42 on Thursday to give final passage to the bill.

Neff plays the lead character on Fox’s “Raising Hope,” the AFTRA-covered primetime comedy on Fox that debuted this season. The Chicago native previously appeared on A&E’s “The Beast.”

Shalhoub was born and raised in Green Bay, Wis., and graduated from Green Bay East High School. He’ll be seen next in “Spy Kids 4.”

Bradley Whitford, SAG national board member Gabrielle Carteris and AFTRA national board member Robert Newman spoke at a large rally on Feb. 26 in Madison in support of public-sector workers.
