“Scream 4” star David Arquette has signed on to direct the 3D psychological thriller “Glutton” for Remember Dreaming Prods.

Kenny Yakkel (“Dead Air”) wrote the script, which is described as being in the vein of “Misery.”

Stan Spry and Cameron Larson are producing along with R. Scott Reid, Steve Ecclesine and Lawreen Yakkel, while Arquette will exec produce through his Coquette Prods. banner.

“David is the perfect person to direct ‘Glutton.’ He brings invaluable assets to the project, including his visual style, creative flair and ability to relate to the cast,” Spry said.

The 3D pic is scheduled to start production in July in Canada.

Arquette is a veteran TV helmer who directed the horror pic “The Tripper” and the 3D short “The Butler’s in Love.”

He reprises his role as Dewey Riley in “Scream 4,” which the Weinstein Co. releases April 15.

Arquette is repped by UTA and Management 360.
