British producer Between the Eyes has picked up “Autobahn,” F. Scott Frazier’s action-thriller screenplay.

Ben Pugh and Rory Aitken of Between the Eyes are producing. Story’s described as “Fast and Furious” meets “Taken.”

“We’re very excited to be working with F. Scott Frazier and his managers Chris Cowles and Chris Fenton at H2F on the fantastic ‘Auobahn,'” Pugh told Variety on Friday.

Cowles and Fenton are exec producing “Autobahn.”

Between the Eyes is also producing crime thriller “Welcome to the Punch,” starring James McAvoy.

A different “Autobahn” project was announced in August with Inferno Entertainment coming aboard the actioner with Mark Steven Johnson (“Ghost Rider”) attached to direct. Story, penned by Greg Russo, centers on a former race driver who finds himself on the German Autobahn with a choice — having to attack a target with a car rigged with a bomb or face having his wife and daughter killed. Project was previously called “I-95.”

Warner Bros. bought Frazier’s thriller spec “Line of Sight” preemptively earlier this year and set it up with Silver Pictures. Frazier also wrote “Embassy” and “The Numbers Station.”

Frazier’s repped by WME and H2F.
