The middle kid among a trio of Aussie acting brothers, Chris Hemsworth realized that sibling rivalry didn’t need to get physical.
“We’re all the same size,” he says of brothers Luke and Liam. “If a fight broke out it wasn’t pretty.”
As Thor, the comicbook god of Asgard sent to Earth, the 6-foot-4 Hemsworth easily kicks butt.
“Who wouldn’t want to play a superhero that mixes science fiction and a Viking god? It’s every young bloke’s dream,” says the Melbourne native.
“I wasn’t an avid reader of the comics, but I’ve always had a fascination with the Viking era, I just love it. And,” he added, “it’s such huge scope for adventure and all those other realms.”
