Paramount Pictures Intl. has snapped up German and Swiss rights to Brit romantic comedy “Chalet Girl,” starring Felicity Jones and Ed Westwick.

Pic, which is being sold internationally by Metropolis Intl. Film Sales, also stars Tamsin Egerton, Brooke Shields, Bill Nighy and Bill Bailey plus German thesps Ken Duken (“Zweiohrkuken”) and Adam Bousdokous (“Soul Kitchen”).

Phil Traill (“All About Steve”) helmed Tom Williams’ script, about a girl from a working-class suburb who lands a job in a glamorous ski resort. Pippa Cross, Harriet Rees, Dietmar Guentsche and Wolfgang Behr produced.

Metropolis has closed a number of deals on the film: Alliance Films snapped up Canada and Blighty, the latter through its Brit subsidiary Momentum Pictures. Further sales include Australia (Transmission), Benelux (eOne), Portugal (Lusomundo), Middle East (Phars), Israel (Independent Distributors), South Africa (Video Vision), Turkey (R Film), CIS (CP Digital), Eastern Europe (Grandview Castle), Poland (Polsat) and Greece (Audiovisual).

Pic is skedded for a U.K. release via Momentum on Feb. 18; Par will release it March 10 in Germany.
