Greg Coote has been tapped chairman and director of RGM Media, a Singapore-based management and production company.
Coote was most recently chairman-CEO of Dune Entertainment, which co-financed “Avatar” with Fox, and he’s the longest-serving member on the advisory board to the Singapore government’s Media Development Authority.
Coote was previously the managing director of Village Roadshow and the Ten Network in his native Australia before joining Columbia Pictures in Los Angeles as exec VP in the office of the chair.
He rejoined Roadshow and was the founding president of Village Roadshow Pictures in Los Angeles, where he helped forge the company’s production deal with Warner Bros.
