Yukathon for autism education

Comedy Central fundraiser delivers laughs

Comedy Central hosted the Night of Too Many Stars telethon in Los Angeles Thursday night at KCET studios, which brought out Tom Hanks, George Clooney, David Spade, Larry David and Betty White to work the phones.

“Betty White, no personal calls!” quipped host Jon Stewart.

“But I got lucky,” said White bashfully.

Meanwhile, Tina Fey and Steve Carell continued the yuks in New York.

“Annie Leibovitz took that one,” Fey said of a faux-bikini picture that was up for auction. “I have yet to be paid.”

Carell stole the show, delivering on his promise to simulate an orgasm for the highest bidder.

The lucky lady? Naomi Watts.

That trick and a few others raised over $3 million for autism education.
