The people at TBS have confirmed that “My Boys” are no longer their boys.

The fourth season of the halfhour comedy, which aired its finale Sunday, will be its last.

Jordana Spiro starred in “Boys,” which premiered in 2006 and ran for 49 episodes over four seasons. The final installment drew 879,000 viewers. Betsy Thomas created the series and exec produced with Jamie Tarses and Gavin Palone.

Spiro and co-star Kyle Howard were both slated for starring roles on NBC’s 2010-11 schedule, on “Love Bites” and “Perfect Couples” respectively, but neither was able to retain those jobs, at least in part because of the uncertain future of “Boys.”
