Big get for the NCTA’s upcoming Cable Show here in Los Angeles. As he awaits regulatory approval of Comcast’s acquisition of NBC, chairman/CEO Brian Roberts has agreed to a keynote interview at the confab on Tuesday, May 11.
Co-sponsored by the Hollywood Radio & TV Society, the brunch event will be held at 10 a.m.
This reps the first time the HRTS has co-hosted an event at the Cable Show. Sez HRTS president Kevin Beggs: “HRTS is committed to offering its members access to some of Hollywood’s most accomplished executives. (Roberts’) insights into the industry’s future will provide a very exciting launch for the conference.”
