Heading into tonight’s finale, “Big” is up year-to-year in total viewers
and the main adult demos, including a 10% gain among adults 18-34 — as
well as a 15% increase in online viewing.
“Big Brother is our summer hero,” CBS Entertainment exec veep of alternative programming Jennifer Bresnan said. “Every year, our
producers deliver innovative twists and turns, consistently evolving
this proven franchise and engaging one of the most loyal and interactive
fan bases on television and online.”
Tonight’s season-ender follows the season premiere of “Survivor,” which has moved from its familiar Thursday home to a night earlier.
