It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas Rini at reality producer A. Smith and Co.

Rini has been named senior VP of development at the company, where she’ll now oversee the development of A. Smith’s current programming.

Rini reports to A. Smith principals Arthur Smith and Kent Weed.

“Christmas has been incredibly instrumental in our success over the past years,” Smith said.

Rini, who joined A. Smith four years ago, was most recently VP of development at the shingle. Her recent work includes developing the Fox pilot “Panic Attack.”

The exec also helped develop “I Survived a Japanese Game Show,” “Conspiracy Theory With Jesse Ventura” and “Full Throttle.”

Prior to A. Smith, Rini worked at Endemol USA, where she worked on shows such as “Extreme Makeover: Home Edition,” as well as Siren Pictures.
