Fleder, Case commit to ‘Indiscretion’

Pic's set up by Sony-based Escape Artists

Director Gary Fleder and writer Caroline Case are collaborating on psychological thriller “Indiscretion” for Escape Artists.

Todd Black, Jason Blumenthal and Steve Tisch are producing.

Case and Fleder previously worked together on “Don’t Say a Word,” “Impostor,” “Runaway Jury” and “The Express,” all of which Fleder directed. Case, Fleder’s onetime assistant, wrote an uncredited draft of “Don’t Say a Word” and penned the thriller “Darkling Cove,” with Fleder attached to direct and produce for 20th Century Fox and producer John Davis.

Sony-based Escape Artists produced “The Back-Up Plan,” “Knowing” and “The Taking of Pelham 1 2 3.” It’s developing “He-Man and the Masters of the Universe,” based on the Mattel action figures, for Sony and marital dramedy “Great Hope Springs” with Meryl Streep expected to star.

Case is repped by UTA and Anonymous Content. Fleder is repped by WME and Brillstein Entertainment Partners.
