Edward Noeltner’s Cinema Management Group has added “Blood Out” to its sales roster in Cannes. Action thriller stars Luke Goss, Vinnie Jones, Val Kilmer and Curtis (50 Cent) Jackson, and starts kicks off production in Baton Rouge, La., this month.

AnnaLynne McCord also stars.

Lionsgate/Grindstone has already picked up U.S./Canada distribution, while Lionsgate U.K. nabbed all rights for Blighty. CMG has also closed deals with Svensk for Scandinavia, Front Row Entertainment for the Middle East and IPA Asia Pacific for Thailand and Vietnam.

Pic features fight and martial-arts choreography by Andy Cheng, who’s done extensive work with Jackie Chan as well as on the “Twilight” movies.

Jason Hewitt directs the Carsten H.W. Lorenz (“The Grudge,” “Boogeyman”) Production. Producers are Lorenz, Michael Arata and Hewitt. Executive producers are Barry Brooker, Stan Wertlieb and Aaron L. Ginsburg.

Other pics on the CMG lineup include “The Perfect Host,” which premiered in Sundance’s Park City at Midnight section and stars David Hyde Pierce; “Brotherhood,” a thriller by Will Cannon that won the SXSW 2010 audience award for narrative feature; and “Gasland,” Josh Fox’s documentary that won the special jury prize, for a U.S. documentary at Sundance.
