Stephanie Testa has been upped to senior VP of corporate alliances at Universal Partnerships & Licensing, the division that brokers pacts with brands to tie-in with Universal’s films, home entertainment, staged productions and theme parks.

Testa has been with U for the last 10 years.

In addition to overseeing new business development, Testa will manage relationships with U’s marketing partners, which include American Express, Cartier, Coca-Cola, Don Q Rum, Gibson Guitars, Nestle Waters, Sharp and Xerox.

She will continue to report to UP&L prexy Stephanie Sperber.

Before joining UP&L, Testa served as the VP of partnership development for Universal Parks & Resorts, directing worldwide corporate partner programs.

She began her career with U in 1998 as a brand manager in Universal Parks & Resorts at Universal Orlando. She was later upped to director of marketing planning and development, then senior director of sales development, before being named senior director of synergy and licensed partners for UPR in 2002.
