Stanley Tucci and Carla Gugino have joined the cast of Kevin Spacey-Zachary Quinto corporate thriller “Margin Call,” written and directed by J.C. Chandor.

Myriad Pictures has worldwide rights to the film and is shopping the project at Cannes.

Quinto and his partners at Before the Door Pictures — Neal Dodson and Corey Moosa — are producing with Joe Jenckes and Benaroya Pictures’ Michael Benaroya and Robert Ogden Barnum.

Myriad prexy-CEO Kirk D’Amico is exec producer.

Also exec producing are Laura Rister, Randy Manis and Joshua Blum’s Washington Square Films.

Set during the lead-up to the financial collapse of fall 2008, “Margin Call” tells the story of eight people at a prominent investment bank during a tumultuous 24-hour period.

“We are getting tremendous response to the concept and J.C.’s powerful script, combined with artistic strength and box office appeal of Kevin, Zachary, Stanley and Carla,” D’Amico said.

Tucci stars in upcoming comedy “Easy A” and “Burlesque.”

Gugino stars in the upcoming dramedy “Every Day” and “Faster.”

Myriad’s slate also includes “Every Day,” “Main Street,” “Good Neighbors” and “The Genesis Code.”
