A Film Fesitval for the Midterms

SnagFilms, the company founded by Ted Leonsis, has launched the Midterm Madness Festival, an online site featuring politically oriented documentaries through Nov. 2.

There also will be screenings of five new projects at the Hamptons International Film Festival, running through Oct. 11, including a showing of "Waiting for Superman" on Saturday followed by a Q&A with director Davis Guggenheim.

Among the movies available online are "Becoming Barack," about the early years of Barack Obama's career; "Bring Your A Game," about African-American men who have overcome adversity; "Move On: The Movie," about the progressive movie launched early last decade; and "Waiting to Inhale," about the campaign to legalize marijuana.
