Exec shuffles for June 21

Mitch Rotter, Vincent Cordero, Donna Wolfe, more

Mitch Rotter has been upped to senior VP of marketing and product development for Universal Music Distribution. Rotter, who had been veep of marketing, will be responsible for developing products, services and marketing tools as well as overseeing central marketing support for all products.

Fox Sports en Espanol has named Vincent Cordero exec VP and general manager. Cordero comes to Fox Sports after 16 years with Univision, where he was veep and g.m. of Univision and Telefutura affiliates in Chicago.

Donna Wolfe has joined cabler Fuse as veepee of production. She previously worked as a production exec for Rave HD, MTV Intl. and VH1.

Participant Media has named Laurie Luh senior director of human resources and office operations. She has been with the company since 2004 and most recently oversaw its intern program. She also coordinated the design and construction of Participant’s eco-friendly offices in BevHills.

Amelia Stewart has been promoted to veep of media relations and corporate communications for Comcast Entertainment Group. Stewart, who joined Comcast in 2006, oversees all press and communications for the E!, Style and G4 cablers. John Rizzotti has been upped to consumer PR director for E!

Hallmark Channels has appointed Joan Gundlach exec veep of distribution. Gundlach spent 18 years with A&E Television Networks, most recently as senior veep of distribution.

Shane McGrath has joined branded content producer RedLever as veep and senior brand strategist. McGrath had been VP of sales, marketing and business development at Full Circle Entertainment.

Comcast Intl. Media Group has appointed Nigel Ponder exec director of ad sales for Europe, the Middle East and Africa. Ponder was previously senior account director for Fox Intl. Channels in London.
