The 3rd Toronto Just for Laughs Festival will include performances by John Cleese, Sarah Silverman, John Pinette, Canada’s Jeremy Hotz and Louis C.K.

The lineup for the July 15-19 yukfest, a spinoff from the Montreal Just for Laughs Festival, was unveiled Tuesday.

Cleese will host a British-themed gala with U.K. standups Jimmy Carr, Mark Watson, Gina Yashere and Ross Noble.

The Ethnic Comedy Show returns to the Elgin and Winter Garden Theater Center, hosted by Shaun Majumder from the hit CBC comedy show “This Hour Has 22 Minutes” and featuring Steve Byrne, Akmal Saleh and Frank Spadone. It will be taped for broadcast on CBC.

The Nasty Show is also on the schedule, hosted by Nick DiPaolo, with a lineup that includes Patrice O’Neal and Jason Rouse. Other shows include the French Comedy Bastards and the Sketch Show.

Debra DiGiovanni from “Last Comic Standing” will host shows at Absolute Comedy that will feature promising Canuck comics from across the country.

There will also be two new series at the St. Lawrence Center — one with improv performers Colin Mochrie and Brad Sherwood, the other a series of one-man shows featuring Scottish comedy star Danny Bhoy.
