Spain’s Imagina Intl. Sales has taken international sales rights to Woody Allen’s still-untitled project set to roll this summer in London.

Deal covers most of the world except, principally, the U.S. and Spain, said Javier Mendez, head of film at Barcelona-based production house Mediapro.

Key cast members include Naomi Watts, Josh Brolin, Anthony Hopkins, Antonio Banderas and Freida Pinto.

Film will be produced by Letty Aronson, Steve Tenenbaum and Jaume Roures, a principal at Mediapro, which also will finance the movie.

Aronson’s Gravier Prods. and Mediapro previously teamed on Allen’s “Vicky Cristina Barcelona.”

The London project kicks off a three-pic deal between Allen and Mediapro, which sees Gravier and Mediapro co-producing the movies. All pics are being fully financed by Mediapro.

Imagina is a joint venture between Mediapro and Spanish TV giant Globomedia Group. But it hasn’t had automatic handling rights on big Mediapro pics. “Vicky” was sold internationally by France’s Wild Bunch.

Last year, Imagina took international rights on another high-profile Mediapro production, Isabel Coixet’s “Map of the Sounds of Tokyo.”
