Fiver nabs ‘Stylista,’ ‘Step It Up’

RTL's digital channel to air shows next year

LONDON — U.K. digital web Fiver, an offshoot from terrestrial channel Five, has acquired the rights to the CW’s reality skein “Stylista” from CBS Paramount International.

Produced by Ken Mok’s 10 by 10 Entertainment for Magic Molehill Productions and Warner Horizon Television, the eight-part series follows 11 budding fashion enthusiasts competing for a job with Elle magazine.

Fiver has also acquired the free digital terrestrial rights to Bravo’s reality competition skein “Step It Up & Dance” from NBC Universal International Television Distribution.

Produced by L.A.-based shingle Magical Elves (“Project Runway,” “Top Chef”), the 10-part skein sees 12 dancers trying to master a variety of styles as they look to make it big in the cut-throat world of dance.

Both shows will air on the RTL-owned channel next year.
