The combo of Dick Clark and Ryan Seacrest remain unstoppable on New Year’s Eve.

“Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve” scored another big ratings victory for ABC, with national Nielsens released Thursday showing it outdrew its NBC and Fox competish combined.

In its 36th year, “Rockin’ Eve” averaged 18.05 million viewers for the hour of the program surrounding midnight (11:35 p.m. to 12:33 a.m.), on par with its audience of a year ago.

Show also logged a 6.3 rating/28 share in adults 18-49, making it the No. 2 entertainment telecast of last week, behind only a new episode of ABC’s “Desperate Housewives.” And thanks to young performers like Miley Cyrus and the Jonas Brothers, “Rockin’ Eve” shot up by 29% year to year in teens (5.4/21 vs. 4.6/21).

NBC’s “New Year’s Eve With Carson Daly” averaged about 8 million viewers for the same hour, up 6% vs. the previous year for the show’s best delivery to date.

Fox’s “New Year’s Eve — Time Square ’07” drew 6 million, while the top cable countdown show (BET’s “106 & Party”) averaged 1.6 million viewers.
