Fox Television Studios is expanding its programming team, bumping up two execs and hiring a third.

Company has promoted Matt Loze to senior VP of programming and handed veepee stripes to Gabriel Marano.

Fox TV Studios has brought in Ilsa Berg to focus on digital content as director of programming.

The promotions of Loze and Marano come as Fox TV Studios posted two strong summer entries, the cable skeins “Burn Notice” and “Saving Grace.”

Loze developed the USA pilot “White Collar” and the Fox TV Studios series “Mental,” now shooting in Bogota, and also has overseen “Burn Notice.” Marano originally developed “Burn Notice” with David Madden, exec VP of programming at Fox TV Studios, and has spearheaded Fox TV Studios’ digital initiatives.

Madden said Loze has “brave ideas (and is) unafraid of championing them” and called Marano “our digital leader, immersing himself in new filmmakers and discovering some bold and provocative material.”

Berg, meanwhile, joins from Sony Pictures TV Intl. Distribution.
