Manager Stu Sobol of the Firm died July 10 of complications from pneumonia. He was 50.

Sobol’s clients included Hoobastank, Three Days Grace and Ryan Star.

Raised in Cleveland, OH, he ran Spivak Sobol Entertainment before merging with the Firm in 2004.

He is surved by wife Julie, a son and a daughter.
