Manhattan Theater Club’s production of “To Be or Not to Be,” which weathered a couple of cast changes in recent weeks, has pushed back its preview and opening dates.Show, Nick Whitby’s new stage adaptation of the 1942 black comedy pic, will begin previews Tuesday(rather than Saturday), with an opening set for Oct. 14 (instead of Oct. 2) at MTC’s Friedman Theater. During rehearsals for the show, thesps Brian Murray and Craig Bierko both parted ways with the production, with their roles now played by Peter Maloney and David Rasche. Helmed by Casey Nicholaw, “To Be” had previously pushed its original Sept. 11 start date back a couple of days, to Saturday.
