Anna Camp, T. Ryder Smith and Carolyn McCormick are among the thesps joining Daniel Radcliffe, Richard Griffiths and Kate Mulgrew in the Broadway revival of “Equus.”
Gotham incarnation of the London hit looks to be one of this season’s surefire successes thanks to the draw of Radcliffe, star of the “Harry Potter,” pics, reprising the play’s occasionally nude lead role of a disturbed young stable boy.
Griffiths (“The History Boys”) also revisits a role he played on the West End, as a psychiatrist investigating the boy’s motives for a violent act.
American cast, directed by original Brit helmer Thea Sharrock, also will include Lorenzo Pisoni, Graeme Malcolm, Sandra Shipley and Spencer Liff.
Show begins previews Sept. 5 ahead of a Sept. 25 opening at the Broadhurst Theater.
