Arthouse builds on ‘Koolhaas’

Film unit acquires rights to documentary

Arthouse Films has acquired all English-speaking territories and French rights to a documentary on famed architect Rem Koolhaas.

“Rem Koolhaas – A Kind of Architect” was directed by Markus Heidingsfelder and Min Tesch.

Koolhaas is known for founding the Office of Metropolitan Architecture in 1975 and prolifically blending the lines between art, architecture and pop culture.

A release is planned by Arthouse for later this year or early next year. “Rem Koolhaas” is currently screening in international festivals.
