Disney has preemptively acquired “Family Dude,” a comedy pitch that will be written by Steven Gary Banks and Claudia Graziosi.

Walt Becker will produce through his Walt Becker Prods. shingle.

“Family Dude” follows an uptight, successful finance exec who convinces his neighbor — a single mother of three kids — to join him on a dude ranch in Montana and pretend they are his family so he can close a big business deal.

The scribes are best known for the Ice Cube starrer “Are We There Yet?”

ICM repped both the scribes and Becker, who last directed “Wild Hogs” and is in post-production on “Old Dogs” for Disney, which stars John Travolta, Robin Williams, Bernie Mac, Kelly Preston, Matt Dillon and Seth Green.
