Perlman cast in ‘Boeing-Boeing’

Actress set for West End comedy

Rhea Perlman joins the cast of West End comedy “Boeing-Boeing” on June 25.

Thesp (“Cheers”) will step into the role of the housekeeper in Matthew Warchus’ staging of the 1960s farce, which has been running in London since February; its producers are rumored to be eyeing Broadway for next season. Plot follows a man who, with the help of Perlman’s character, juggles three fiancees, all of them flight attendants.

Production is set to run on the West End through October.
