Ibermedia, which funds Spanish, Portuguese and Latin American pics, has handed $200,000 each to Daniel Burman’s “El Nido vacio” (The Empty Nest), Li-sandro Alonso’s “Liverpool” and Antonio-Pedro Vasconcelos’ “Call Girl.”

Argentine pic “Nest” continues Burman’s dissection of family dynamics. “Liverpool,” also from Argentina, describes a sailor’s return home. Portuguese pic “Call Girl” is a noirish cop suspenser.

Other titles pulling down coin include “Los Viajes del viento,” “La Teta asustada” (The Scared Breast) and “Retornos.”
