Australian vets taking in ‘View’

Duo joins cast for 'Greenhaven' film

SYDNEY — Vet thesps Wendy Hughes and Chris Haywood will join Steve Bisley, Geoff Morrell, Russell Dykstra, Susan Prior and John Gregg toplining Aussie pic “The View From Greenhaven Drive.”

Pair will portray a couple on the brink of divorce until the children force a rethink.

Pic will be directed by brothers Simon and Kenn MacRae, who won series two of “Project Greenlight,” aired by feevee Movie Extra in 2006.

Budget north of A$1 million ($770,000) has been funded by feevee channel as part of its compulsory expenditure on local product, 10% of its annual programming budget.

Pic is produced by Martin Brown (“Moulin Rouge”) for Screentime.
