STOCKHOLM — Whittled down from 3,000 submissions, 127 films from 44 countries are competing at this year’s Uppsala Intl. Short film Festival.

They compete in the international, Swedish and youth sections, where the jury comprises children.

Uppsala’s 26th edition runs Oct. 22-28.
