Liddell ‘Lived’ to make thriller debut

Story concerns a girl with a murderous mother

Mickey Liddell will make his directorial debut on the thriller “She Lived,” produced by his Liddell Entertainment banner, with shooting to begin next month in Los Angeles.

Liddell Entertainment’s Jennifer Hilton will produce, and Stephen Kay to exec produce. Rebecca Sonnenshine rewrote a script by John Travis; story revolves around a girl whose sanity is tested when her mother tries to kill her.

Haley Bennett (“Music & Lyrics”) will star along with Jake Weber, Shannon Woodward, Josh Stewart, AnnaLynne McCord, Shanna Collins, Marin Hinkle, Nina Siemaszko and Chace Crawford.

Liddell launched his own shingle late last year to develop, produce, package and finance films. He was previously partnered with Greg Berlanti and produced “The Broken Hearts Club”; other producing credits include “Go,” “Under Heaven,” “Traveller” and “Telling Lies in America.”
