GOOD MORNING: Disneyland nixed entrance to Lesley Ann Warren (star of “Happiest Millionaire ” and “Family Band”) when she arrived with hubby Jon Peters — because the latter’s hair is longer’n the park’s regulations. It hangs over his ears. “It’s longer than mine,” said Miss Warren, who admitted Peters nearly was involved in a fight at the gate. But after a call, peace was restored and they visited the park — for the first time. “It was great,” she later said. “I loved it — they gave us a royal tour.” … Miss Warren has two more options with Disney, and four at Par (two of which are “Roman Holiday” and “Paint Your Wagon”) but may first do a ‘way out film with Bobby Roberts –“Baby Hip” in which the boys’ hair is undoubtedly longer than the girls.’ … (2007 Update: Lesley laughed when I read her the hair-raising incident with then-husband Jon Peters at Disneyland 40 years ago. Lesley Ann has now been happily married to Ron Taft for seven years (together 17½). She is starring as “Jinx” in USA net’s “In Plain Sight” filming in Albuquerque, N.M. “It’s a fantastic part for me,” she enthused, “a fabulous combination of vulnerability and strength –everything from comedy to heartbreaking tragedy. Married three-four times, adores her daughters and I also get to sing and dance. And she still has a dream to be on Broadway in ‘Sweet Charity’!” And what’s more, the versatile Lesley Ann was paged to join Wes Farrell in the feature “Stepbrothers” but the skeds of both the feature and series couldn’t accommodate her to do the movie. But she happily admits, “It’s great to be finding such opportunities — now.”)
