Shoji Udagawa has quit the Kadokawa company in Japan to join Filosophia Entertainment Alliance. Company is a consultancy advising Japanese firms on co-productions, finance sales and marketing. It was recently established by former Gaga exec Tetsu Fujimura with backers that include current Gaga topper Tom Yoda.
