Jerry Bruckheimer has slightly shuffled his TV division, bringing in KristieAnne Reed to head production.
As exec VP of Jerry Bruckheimer TV, Reed steps in as the shingle’s No. 2, handling the day-to-day nuts and bolts of producing the company’s primetime fare.
Reed moves over from the Bruckheimer feature film side, where she served as senior VP. Reed worked on the production of pics including “Pirates of the Caribbean” and “National Treasure.”
Jonathan Littman, who runs Jerry Bruckheimer TV as the division’s president, oversees development and all creative issues.
“Over the past few years, KristieAnne has become an integral part of the television department, consulting on the productions of ‘Cold Case,’ ‘Close to Home,’ ‘E-Ring’ and the new pilot ‘American Crime,’ ” Littman said.
Bruckheimer, who called Reed “one of the brightest and most talented executives I’ve had the pleasure of working with,” announced the appointment Wednesday.
Reed first joined Bruckheimer in 1997, moving her way up the ranks, including director of production and vice president.
