'Casino' sets stakes at London preem

Tuesday’s “Casino Royale” preem was indeed fit for royalty.

Among the 4,200 guests who took over the whole of Leicester Square — and four theaters — were Queen Elizabeth II and Paris Hilton (whatta pair).

Sony chief Howard Stringer, Sony Pictures toppers Amy Pascal and Michael Lynton, Columbia marketing and distrib chairman Jeff Blake and MGM chairman Harry Sloan were also in line to greet Her Majesty.

But the preem’s main draw was, of course, Bond, James Bond, and the new 007: Daniel Craig.

No expense was spared at the swanky after-party held in a specially erected marquee in the upscale Berkley Square Gardens. Revelers played poker and sipped martinis — shaken, not stirred, until the early hours.

Preem aided the Cinema & Television Benevolent Fund.
