Hinckley creates Definitive division

Firm geared to clients in the arts

Former Los Angeles Philharmonic publicity director Elizabeth Hinckley has brought her agency into the Rogers & Cowan to create a division, called Definitive Culture, within the PR and marketing company.

Definitive Culture is geared to clients in the fields of arts, culture and affluent lifestyles.

Hinckley, who gets the title of senior vice president, brings with her clients she represented at Hinckley & Co.: Los Angeles’ Museum of Contemporary Art, Los Angeles Chamber Orchestra, Pacific Symphony, Palisades Development Group, the Colburn School, Music Academy of the West and several performing artists and composers.

Tom Tardio, chief executive officer of Rogers & Cowan, announced the deal, stating “Elizabeth brings to the Rogers & Cowan roster of clients an extensive knowledge and expertise of the worlds of art, culture and affluent lifestyles that is a perfect enhancement for the agency.”

Hinckley’s staff will also be joining Rogers & Cowan.
