Kent Emmons, CEO of National Lampoon Radio Network, is set to appear in Beverly Hills small claims court on Jan. 11 for allegedly not paying hired workers.

Court verified the case, citing Philip Iazzetta as the plaintiff and National Lampoon Radio Network as one of two defendants. According to court documents, Iazzetta said, “I underwent training and supplied the defendant with materials he requested and deemed necessary for his radio network launch on XM radio.” Plaintiff is asking for $7,499.

“No one has been to the office” looking for Emmons, a rep for National Lampoon Radio Network said. “He is out of the office this week traveling.”
