Joaquin Cortes won’t be dancing his way to Broadway after all: The two-week run of the Spanish choreographer-hoofer’s “Joaquin Cortes: Mi Soledad,” set to kick off Monday at the Palace, has been called off.

Brief engagement of the flamenco show was scuttled at the last minute due to the illness of Cortes’ mother, according to a rep for the show.

Producers — including Gypsy Prods., SuperFrank, Jeff Rowland and Foye Johnson — still hope to bring the production, which has toured the globe since it preemed in Mexico City in 2005, to New York in 2007.
