Kutcher to topline untitled laffer

Sony is shelling out $2 million against $3 million for an untitled pitch by Kevin Bisch (“Hitch”) for Ashton Kutcher to topline.

Kutcher’s payday will be $10 million against 10% of gross.

Pic is a sophisticated comedy told through the eyes of Kutcher, an L.A. florist whose real art is orchestrating makeups, breakups and hookups throughout the city.

Kutcher is producing with his Katalyst Films partner Jason Goldberg.

“Hitch,” which was one of the studio’s top earners last year. Bisch also is adapting Franz Wisner’s novel “Honeymoon With My Brother” for Mosaic Media at Sony.

Kutcher also toplined “Guess Who” for Sony.

He’s voicing a lead role in Sony Pictures Animation’s upcoming pic “Open Season,” starring Martin Lawrence.

He’ll next be seen in Disney’s “The Guardian” with Kevin Costner.
