Paramount Pictures acquired the pitch “Odd Todd,” a comedy to be directed by Jonathan Kesselman. Todd Rosenberg, who originated a Web cartoon series on Comedy Central’s broadband Web site, will write the comedy, about a slacker who locks himself out of his apartment on the very day his unemployment checks run out.
