Confab examines new strategies for connecting with aud

The inaugural Integrate ’05 conference, co-sponsored by Variety, saw Gordon Paddison, New Line’s integrated marketing topper, honored as Integrated Marketer of the Year.

Kathy Anton, VP of Showtime Networks, received the Best Integrated Marketing Campaign Award for “Fat Actress.”

Attendees at Wednesday’s confab included reps from all the major studios, agencies, networks and cable companies.

Highlights of the day included a panel with Dawn Taubin, president of domestic marketing with Warner Bros. and Adam Fogelson, president of marketing for Universal. Panel was moderated by Variety Group president Charlie Koones.
