During their acceptance speech at Women in Film’s Crystal and Lucy Awards celebrating femmes’ creative alliances in film and TV, “Will and Grace” costars Debra Messing and Megan Mullally did a lot more touching than talking.

To prove just how much they “trust” each other, Messing let Mullally feel her up (under her dress for a while, mind you) for what seemed like a lifetime. “If Debra and I didn’t have complete trust, this could be awkward,” Mullally said. “But you’re not uncomfortable at all, are you Deb?”

Surprising as it was, the long groping session was forgotten shortly thereafter when Taylor Hackford presented Jamie Foxx and his manager, Jaime Rucker King, and attorney, Nina Shaw, with a kudo.

“(Jamie and Nina) knew how to sweep (my behavior) right under the rug so we could get that Oscar,” Foxx said. “It’s crazy the amount of power the Oscar carries, and I don’t want to disrespect it. But I may have disrespected it a little bit in Miami (shooting ‘Miami Vice’).”

Sandra Bullock and her sister, Gesine Bullock Prado, who run production shingle Fortis, were also honored. “They say you don’t have any allies in this business, but I do because there is no one else who would get upset at Howard Stern for saying I had a nose job when I didn’t,” Bullock said of her sister.
