Serving as veepee of corporate communications, Caouette will work on a wide range of issues, including financial reporting, legislative and regulatory matters, corporate reputation and executive communications. He also will work closely with Disney’s various divisions.
Appointment is effective immediately.
Caouette most recently oversaw corporate media and financial communications for AT&T Wireless, where he coordinated media relations during the company’s $41 billion merger with Cingular Wireless, the largest all-cash marriage in U.S. corporate history.
