Lions Gate TV has signed Bayonne Entertainment prexy Rob Lee to a one-year overall deal.
Under the pact, Lee will develop programs for broadcast and cable, with an emphasis on reality skeins.
Lee is currently exec producing upcoming TBS reality series “Minding the Store,” centered on Pauly Shore’s attempts to revive the Comedy Club, and just exec produced recently axed ABC skein “Welcome to the Neighborhood.”
He is also developing NBC’s remake of the sci-fi miniseries “V.”
Lee has served as senior VP for the William Morris Agency; head of worldwide television for Triad Artists; and a producer for Bayonne, Hidden Oaks Television and Elephant Walk Entertainment.
He has been involved with TV series such as “Roseanne,” “Malcolm and Eddie” and “Motown Live” and several miniseries and telepics. Producing credits also include Britney Spears starrer “Crossroads.”
