So far, there have been “Full Gallop” (Diana Vreeland), “Tea at Five” (Katharine Hepburn), “Golda’s Balcony” (Golda Meir) and “I Am My Own Wife” (Charlotte von Mahlsdorf).
Peggy Guggenheim now gets her eight perfs a week. Mercedes Ruehl will play the art collector in “Woman Before a Glass.” Lanie Robertson’s play has its world premiere March 10 at Off Broadway’s Promenade Theater. Previews begin Feb. 17. Casey Childs directs.
The design team for “Woman Before a Glass” includes Thomas Lynch (sets), Willa Kim (costumes), Phil Monat (lighting) and David Van Tieghem (sound). Producers are Susan Quint Gallin, Mary Lu Roffe, Debra Black and Maria Cozzi, in association with Morton Swinsky.
