Thesp will be making B'way debut in Simon play

Brad Garrett has wasted no time in finding something to do now that “Everybody Loves Raymond” is ending.A spokesman for the upcoming Broadway revival of “The Odd Couple” confirmed that Garrett is in discussions to play Murray the cop.

The Chicago Sun-Times originally reported that Garrett had been cast. Garrett will be making his Broadway debut.

The Neil Simon play, also starring Matthew Broderick and Nathan Lane and directed by Joe Mantello, begins previews Oct. 4 at the Brooks Atkinson.
